Double Shaka is open rain or shine. There are no refunds in the event of rain, fog, wind, cloudy skies, or drastic temperatures. In the event of severe weather and at the discretion of the staff, Double Shaka reserves the right to cancel reservations.
If a reservation is changed prior to 48 hours before fulfillment, Double Shaka will change your reservation to a later date at no charge. In the event of a cancellation, the customer will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee.
If a reservation is changed 48 hours or less before fulfillment, Double Shaka can change the reservation to a later date at no charge. There are no refunds for reservations canceled less than 48 hours prior to fulfillment.
Double Shaka, its guides, and affiliates have the right to cancel or negate service to anyone who shows up with drugs or alcohol, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or with the intent to use drugs or alcohol while using our equipment at any of our locations, including Steinaker Reservoir. Cancellations made by our staff due to this or any other behavior deemed risky or irresponsible will be non-refundable.
