RENEWAL is back for 2023! The soul-filled community of Buena Vista, nestled in majestic Chaffee County, has once again welcomed us to gather. We invite you to join us as we celebrate among the forest, rivers, and mountains. Come with respect for the land, the community, and each other. We listened to your feedback, read on to find out what is new, and be ready for your chance to buy tickets.

TICKETS

Event Tickets are Sold Out. Sign up for the waitlist or buy camping here.

  • GA Tickets – $209 plus land restoration fee of $30
  • VIP Ticket – $419 plus land restoration fee of $30. Includes:
    • Private VIP space on the hillside, as well as stage left of the main stage. The elevated area is surrounded by trees and provides a nice view of the stage. The area has access to a stage left (house right) pit where you can get a little closer to the band. 
    • Nightly dinner and appetizers by local chef Damon Renfroe of The Mountain Chef 
    • Two hours of complimentary happy hour for those 21+ from 4-6 PM daily. Featuring Sierra Nevada Brew and Snowmelt Spiked Seltzer.
    • New VIP exclusive direct entrance – This entrance is closest to the Sturgeon Moon Camping Zone, the closest camping sites are the Sturgeon Moon Group sites
    • Complimentary chair massages from 3-7 pm nightly
    • Additional fire pits and outside seating
    • A private heated restroom trailer
    • VIP access lane at the main entrance for camping/parking
  • Camping – starts at $55 per person for two days & $75 for three days
  • RVs – start at $159 for three days
  • Kids:
    • 0-3 are FREE
    • 4-12 are $20
    • 13-17 are $126
    • 18+ requires a regular ticket
    • VIP Kids 7-17 are $199 (0-6 Free w/adult ticket)
  • Parking – $25, included with a camping pass

  • Join us Thursday Sept. 21 for a special welcome gathering featuring music, merch, and more. Come early, pick out your spot, and settle in for three days of camping and community.
  • Plan early to come early! You can purchase 3 day camping for any campsite.
  • All RV Passes include Thursday camping.
  • Thursday camping opens at 10 AM and closes at 10 PM. You will not be able to drive into your campsite after 10 PM on Thursday until 9 AM Friday gates.
  • On Saturday the venue will open at 1 PM with a special 2 PM show (TBA).
  • 20% more toilets and hand washing stations
  • Every camping spot will be clearly marked
  • More parking staff to get you in and camped quickly
  • Additional water stations
  • Longer venue merchandise hours
  • Venue lanes clearly marked and lit
  • Kid Zone will be further away from the high-traffic areas

GENERAL EVENT DETAILS

  • Location: 14998 Co Rd 350, Buena Vista, CO 81211
  • All ages are welcome!
  • Kids under 13 do not need a camping pass
  • Weather: The event takes place rain or shine. If we need to interrupt programming, stage announcements will be made regarding safety procedures
  • Security: All patrons will be searched
  • Re-Entry: Must have an event wristband
  • Vendors: All food and drink vendors accept credit cards and cash
  • Neighbors: Please be mindful of the neighbors and respect quiet hours.
  • Music in Campgrounds: No amplified music in the campgrounds after 10 pm
  • Outside Alcohol: No outside alcohol is allowed in the concert venue. You may bring your own to the camping areas – No glass
  • Closing Time: The venue will close at 3 PM on Sunday. 
  • Camping: If you want to camp together, PLEASE arrive together. We cannot hold space except in the group campsites and premium RV sites.

  • LEAVE NO TRACE: Pack it in pack it out when you can – Chaffee County has limited support services. We will provide bins at the festival exit on Sunday afternoon.

NEW FOR 2023: Early Thursday camping tickets are available for each camping zone. You can purchase either a 3-day or 2-day camping pass, pending availability. Join the Thursday Welcome Gathering & Pick at the new Center Camp Stage.

RENEWAL takes place on The Meadows Farm, over 100 acres of private land. Enjoy 360-degree views of the fourteen thousand-foot Collegiate Peaks from your beautiful camp or RV site.

PLEASE NOTE:

Camping and RV passes do not include GA or VIP tickets. Admission tickets MUST be purchased separately to access camping and the music venue. Daily parking passes only need to be purchased by guests who do not have camping passes.

  • Car Camping: 20′ x 20′
  • Small RV: 20′ x 35′
  • Large RV: 20′ x 50′
  • Daily Parking: 9′ x 18′

HARVEST MOON – CAR & TENT FAMILY/QUIET ZONE CAMPING

This is a QUIET/FAMILY ZONE as it is located near a neighborhood. Please be respectful so we can keep returning to Buena Vista. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM.

This zone consists of two areas, a WALK-IN CAMPING ONLY area located close to the pond, and a CAR CAMPING AREA located just across the road. This area is first come first serve, and all the spots are beautiful.

If you are looking to car camp and set up tents around your vehicle, and are interested in some late-night pickin’, we highly recommend the Buck Moon or Sturgeon Moon zones.

Please do not set up your tents in the parking lot, as cars may come and go causing a dangerous situation for tents and/or pedestrians.

FLOWER MOON – WALK IN CAMPING ONLY

NEW this year: Flower Moon Campground includes Thursday Camping.

This zone is Walk-In Camping ONLY, located along the pristine creek that meanders through the Cottonwood trees. Space is very limited. You will park your car in the Flower Moon parking area and walk your gear a short way to the site. There is no tent camping in the Flower Moon parking lot, although you may sleep in your car. If you are looking to car camp and set up tents around your vehicle, we recommend the Buck Moon or Sturgeon Moon area or the family/quiet Harvest Moon.

Please do not set up your tents in the parking lot, as cars may come and go causing a dangerous situation for tents and/or pedestrians.

STURGEON MOON – CAR, TENT, & RV CAMPING

NEW this year: Sturgeon Moon will be limited, and each space marked out. This is also the designated camping zone for ADA.

Large RVs will be directed to the area on the west side, and small RVs on the east side. Car camping spaces will be designated in the middle of Sturgeon Moon. Here you can car camp, tent camp, and bring RVs – it’s the perfect spot for large groups, and folks looking for some late-night pickin’.

BUCK MOON – CAR, TENT & RV CAMPING

This large meadow is close to the pond, as well as the pop-up General Store. Here you can car camp, tent camp, and bring RVs – it’s the perfect spot for large groups, and folks looking for some late-night pickin’. The venue is about a 10-15 minute walk. RVs will be separated from cars.

NEW FOR 2023: Early Thursday camping tickets are available for each camping zone. You can purchase either a 3-day or 2-day camping pass, pending availability. Join the Thursday Welcome Gathering and Pick at the new Center Camp Stage.

RV CAMPING

SMALL RV CAMPING PASS – Includes Thursday entry

*Available for Sturgeon and Buck Moon Camping Zones* 

Reserve space for any Recreational Vehicle, Bus, or Towable Trailer with a combined total length of LESS than 30 feet.

  • Small RV spaces are 20′ by 35′
  • Includes (2) camping passes

Anyone additional traveling with you is required to purchase a camping pass at the Buck Moon Campground. For example, if four people are traveling in a small RV, you must purchase the RV pass plus two additional camping passes for the Buck Moon Campground.

LARGE RV CAMPING PASS – includes Thursday entry

*Available for Sturgeon and Buck Moon Camping Zones* 

Reserves space for any Recreational Vehicle, Bus, or Towable Trailer with a combined total length of MORE than 30 feet.

  • Large RV spaces are 20′ by 50′
  • Includes (4) camping passes

Anyone traveling with you additionally is required to purchase a camping pass in The Sturgeon Moon Camping Zone. For example, if six people are traveling in a small RV, you must purchase the RV pass plus two additional camping passes for the Sturgeon Moon Camping Zone.

GROUP SITES

BUCK MOON large GROUP SITES – $899

These designated group sites are great if you want to create a camp tradition. The 40 ft by 40 ft sites will fit up to one large RV, two cars, and several tents. This large meadow is close to the pond and the new general store. The venue is about a 10-15 minute walk. 

Includes: One (1) RV pass (2) car passes, and eight (8) Buck Moon camping tickets. 

We will mark off your space and number it. Before the event begins we will email you the site number and additional information. Once purchased, you will be able to send the tickets to your friends, and it won’t matter when they arrive, your site will be saved! Everyone must have a Buck Moon Camping Ticket.

sturgeon MOON large GROUP SITES – $899

These designated group sites are great if you want to create a camp tradition. The 40 ft by 40 ft sites will fit up to one RV, two cars, and several tents. These group sites are close to the venue and the new VIP entrance.

Includes: One (1) RV pass (2) car passes, and eight (8) Sturgeon Moon camping tickets.
